Level Achievement Policy

The Power Eagle System consists of 7 progressive levels designed to promote learning, leadership, and team growth within the platform. Members progress through these levels by attending trainings and guiding prospects through the learning system.

Live Training Requirement

  • Daily Live Power Hour Training takes place on the website at 10:00 PM.
  • Members must attend the live session to qualify for training credit.

After the training:

  • The assigned homework must be submitted before 12:00 PM (next day).
  • Level progress is counted only when homework is submitted successfully.
  • Leads are provided only after homework submission.

Training Consistency Rule

To upgrade levels, Power Hour Trainings must be completed continuously without gaps.

Example:

  • For Level 2, members must complete 10 continuous trainings.
  • If a day is missed, the training count restarts from Day 1.

Power Eagle Levels

1. Power Eagle Beginner

Automatically achieved when a member joins the team.

Reward: 1 Lead per training + 1 Lead per prospect

2. Power Eagle Learner

Requirements: 10 trainings + 10 prospects

Reward: 2 Leads per training + 2 Leads per prospect

3. Power Eagle Skilled

Requirements: 15 trainings + 15 prospects

Reward: 3 Leads per training + 3 Leads per prospect

4. Power Eagle Expert

Requirements: 25 trainings + 25 prospects

Reward: 4 Leads per training + 4 Leads per prospect

5. Power Eagle Master

Requirements: 35 trainings + 35 prospects

Reward: 5 Leads per training + 5 Leads per prospect

6. Power Eagle Leader

Requirements: 45 trainings + 45 prospects

Reward: 6 Leads per training + 6 Leads per prospect

7. Power Eagle Superstar

Requirements: 50 trainings + 50 prospects

Reward: 7 Leads per training + 7 Leads per prospect

This is the highest achievement level in the Power Eagle System.
